My husband & I took a shearing class at Jay Ward's
place in New York. Matt Best was the instructor. We learned a lot, not least of which was that proper restraint
makes a world of difference!
Another thing
we have learned is that proper blade sharpening also makes a world of difference! We happened upon a local sharpener
