The Farm

    We are a small farm in southeast Alabama.  Six alpacas reside here at present.  I have found that's a good number of alpacas for us.  We can enjoy our herd and it's still fun, not work.  They provide us with plenty of luxury fiber to work with.  We currently have 3 white, 2 fawn and 1 rose gray.  I like to felt the fiber and make things from the felt.  I have become a dealer for Ashford looms and spinning wheels, so I will be learning to spin in the near future.  We took a weaving class last year, and enjoyed it so much that I have begun teaching beginning weaving.  That is also what prompted me to sell looms.
